View and update your Vanco Events account information via Account Settings.
Account Settings include:
- Account name: The name your patrons will recognize you by. This could be your company, school, club or personal name
- Time Zone: The default time zone selected for your event
- Partner Customer Configuration Token: posts transaction data to a specific ConnexPoint account and allows you to report transactions by Account Code
- Account status: Click Request to close your account to change your account status from active to closed
To access account settings:
- Click Dashboard from the side menu
- From your Dashboard, click Account Settings on the side menu
