Check WiFi Signal Strength
Ensure the device is within range of your WiFi router and has a consistent and reliable connection to process transactions successfully.
2.4GHz Band Requirement
The device uses the 2.4GHz band only and cannot connect to 5GHz networks. Ensure your WiFi router is broadcasting on 2.4GHz frequency.
Mobile Hotspot Usage
If using a mobile hotspot, ensure it supports 2.4GHz WiFi. Most modern phones can be configured to broadcast on 2.4GHz band in hotspot settings.

PERIODICALLY( EVERY 30 MINUTES ) . RESOLVING AND HARDCODING IPS POINTED TO AT PRESENT DAY WILL CAUSE ISSUES WHEN IP CHANGES ARE MADE.
