Contact ticket buyers
You may use the Email Buyers functionality in order to contact ticket buyers to let them know of any changes to your event and to offer refunds if they cannot end the rescheduled date. For more information click here.
Offer refunds to ticket buyers
For any events that are postponed or rescheduled, you must offer ticket buyers the option to refund their purchase. For more information on refunds, click here.
Alternatively, your ticket buyers may want to donate the cost of the ticket price to you in which case you don't need to do anything. You may wish to offer an event credit.
