When a customer makes a successful booking, their tickets included in the confirmation email sent as a PDF attachment. They will also have the opportunity to download and print them immediately from the confirmation screen, as well has have the option to add them to their Google or Apple Wallet.
If they misplace their tickets or entered an invalid email, you may need to look up and confirm their booking for them, and resend their tickets.

Looking up a customer's booking
To look up a customer's booking:
- From the account Dashboard, click Booking & Refunds then Manage bookings
- Use the filters to locate the booking you wish to use. Please note none of the fields are mandatory. If unsure, use the Customer field and enter in the customer's last name
Resending tickets
Once you have located customer's booking, you will have the ability to resend the customer's confirmation email that contains their tickets and receipt.
To resend the confirmation email:
- From the account Dashboard, click Booking & Refunds then Manage bookings
- Use the filters to locate the booking you wish to use. Please note none of the fields are mandatory. If unsure, use the Customer field and enter in the customer's last name
- Once you have located the booking you wish to move, click the 3 dots to the right of the booking
- Select Resend Booking Confirmation from the drop-down list
- You will be presented with a popup that will include the customers email address. If this email is incorrect, you will be able to edit what is entered. Click Send Email to have the confirmation email resent to the address entered
Had the customer made a mistake in the email address that they originally entered, after you have resent the confirmation email to the correct address, it is recommend that you update the email connected to their booking via Edit a Booking. Not only will this keep your records accurate, it will ensure that they will receive any further correspondence that you send via the system.
