Setting PCCT and Gateway Account Codes ensures that all Vanco Events transactions, such as ticket sales, donations, gift certificate purchases, refunds and processing fees are posted to a specific ConnexPoint account and allows you to report transactions by Account Code.

- Setting and creating Gateway Account Codes on your account

If you do not know your PCCT or Account Codes, please speak with your Account Manager.
Adding a PCCT Code to your account
When an account is created on Vanco Events, the PCCT of the organization is requested. This will be set for you by our Onboarding team. The PCCT code ensures that your funds are directed to the appropriate ConnexPoint account.
Setting Gateway Account Codes on your account
You can create new gateway account codes or choose an existing Gateway Account Code on your account in the Vanco Events system. Setting Gateway Account Codes means that you can report transactions by Account Code
To navigate to the Gateway Account Codes area:
- Login to your Vanco Events account
- On the left menu, select Dashboard
- On the left menu, select Integration tools, then Gateway Account Codes
Once you've navigated to the Gateway Account Codes area, you can either create or select an existing Account Code by clicking on the Select Account Code drop-down list. You must select Account Codes for all the Vanco Events fields so these transactions post to ConnexPoint.
To create an Account Code:
- Press the Select Account Code dropdown list
- Select Add Account Code
- Fill in the Account Code, Display Name and select a bank account from the drop-down list
- Press Save
We suggest that you choose the same Account Code and Display Name to ensure these are both unique.
Overriding Gateway Account Codes at the ticket level
Once you've created an event, you have the option to override Account Codes you set on you account, for each ticket. You may want to do this if you want to track all fees by each event in ConnexPoint.
To override the Account Code on each ticket:
- Sign into your Vanco Events account
- On the left menu, select Dashboard
- Once the Dashboard has loaded, press the name of your event under Manage events overview
- On the left menu, under Ticketing, select Pricing group (ticket prices)
- On the Pricing Group page, select the name of the pricing group you would like to edit
- On the Pricing Group details page, select the name of the ticket you would like to edit
- From here, you can either add or select an existing Account Code
