Use Vanco Events' menu item Find a Booking to locate, review or re-email a specific booking.
When a patron makes a successful booking, their tickets will be emailed or they can print them immediately. If they misplace their tickets or send them to an invalid email, you may need to locate their booking for them.
To find or re-send their email:
- From your Dashboard click on Find a Booking.
- Select your event.
- Enter the booking person's last name and click search. There is no need to enter all the fields on this screen. You can refine your search by adding their first name.
- Once you have found the correct booking, click on the Booking ID reference, this will take you to the ticket confirmation screen where you can email (to the same or corrected address) or reprint tickets.
